Spoorthy Metal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally managed manufacturing company incorporated on 9 February 2007 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. Founded by a group of passionate engineers, the company was established with a vision to contribute to global industrial growth through advanced manufacturing, engineering excellence, and the proven principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS).
 
What began as a heavy sheet metal fabrication and operator cabin manufacturing unit in Peenya, Bangalore, has evolved over nearly two decades into a comprehensive precision engineering and manufacturing enterprise. Through continuous investment in technology, people development, and process improvement, Spoorthy Metal Technologies has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineered products to diverse industries.
 
At the heart of our organization lies the philosophy of the Toyota Production System. Today, Spoorthy Metal Technologies specializes in the design, manufacturing, testing, and assembly of a wide range of engineered products, including:

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in the KIADB Industrial Area, Sompura, Dabaspete, near Bangalore. The facility currently encompasses over 45,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing space, supported by an additional 20,000 square feet of future-ready infrastructure designed to accommodate our next phase of growth and expansion.

2025 – A New Era of Growth

The company entered a new phase of expansion and financial strength.

Major achievements:

  • Order book exceeding ₹60 Crore. 
  • Continued growth across manufacturing, electrical, and EPC businesses. 
  • Aanya Electricals and Constructions became a debt-free EPC organization. 
  • Strengthened reputation as a trusted partner in engineering, manufacturing, and infrastructure development.

2021 – Building Resilience During COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic created unprecedented challenges for businesses worldwide.

Spoorthy Metal Technologies responded proactively by:

  • Implementing cost-control measures. 
  • Strengthening operational discipline. 
  • Adopting principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS). 
  • Focusing on continuous improvement and waste elimination. 

These initiatives improved efficiency and prepared the organization for long-term sustainable growth.

2020 – Achieving New Financial Milestones

Despite challenging market conditions, the company achieved a major business milestone.

Achievements:

  • Crossed ₹20 Crore annual turnover. 
  • Built an order book worth approximately ₹20 Crore. 
  • Established a stronger presence across manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. 

This marked the company’s transition into a mid-sized industrial enterprise.

2019 – Scaling Up for EPC Projects

The company expanded its facility to approximately 40,000 sq. ft., creating the infrastructure needed for larger projects and future growth.

Significant achievements:

  • Capacity expansion to support multiple business verticals. 
  • Secured EPC contracts valued at approximately ₹5 Crore. 
  • Strengthened project execution capabilities in electrical infrastructure.

2016 – Major Capacity Expansion

To meet increasing customer demand, Spoorthy Metal Technologies invested in a new manufacturing facility.

Key developments:

  • Constructed a 15,000 sq. ft. factory at Dabaspete. 
  • Increased production capacity and operational capabilities. 
  • Established a new business venture: 

 

Aanya Electricals and Constructions

The new venture expanded the group’s presence into electrical and civil contracting services.

2015 – Entry into the Power Sector

Recognizing the growing demand for power infrastructure, the company entered the electrical industry.

Major milestone:

  • Started manufacturing electrical insulators for electricity boards and power utilities. 

This diversification laid the foundation for the company’s future growth in the electrical transmission and distribution sector.

2013 – Product Diversification and Expansion

The company moved into a larger 3,600 sq. ft. manufacturing facility to support its growing operations.

New product lines included:

  • Fuel Level Sensors for John Deere tractors. 
  • Alternator Components for Bosch. 

This phase strengthened the company’s expertise in precision engineering and component manufacturing.

2010 – Surviving the Global Recession

The after-effects of the global financial crisis created severe challenges for the manufacturing industry.

Faced with:

  • Cash flow constraints 
  • Project delays 
  • Cost overruns in government contracts 

Spoorthy Metal Technologies successfully adapted its business strategy and diversified into automotive component manufacturing.

The company began producing chassis components for:

  • Toyota Kirloskar Motor 

This strategic pivot helped stabilize operations and opened opportunities in the automotive sector.

2009 – Entry into OEM Manufacturing

The company achieved its first major breakthrough by entering the OEM manufacturing sector.

Key achievements:

  • Started manufacturing Earth Mover Cabins. 
  • Became a supplier for leading companies including: 
    • BEML 
    • JCB 

This marked the company’s transition from a small engineering unit to a trusted industrial supplier.

2007 – Foundation of the Company

9 February 2007

Spoorthy Metal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was officially incorporated in Bangalore with a vision to build a world-class engineering and manufacturing enterprise serving India’s growing industrial sector.

The company commenced operations in the Peenya Industrial Area, one of India’s largest industrial hubs, with a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and engineering excellence.

A UK-educated professional with both academic and industry experience, trained in Japan under AOTS in the Toyota Production System. They lead business development, OEM relationships, and strategic growth, serving as the primary point of contact for all business inquiries.
